ZUMBA
Zumba is a fun and easy-to-follow dance based fitness class that anyone can do! Zumba combines Latin rhythms with international music themes and combines the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. BODY SCULPT
This class is led by instructor Kimberly Johnston for a half-hour on Tuesdays. This class will help you improve bone density and firm your entire body with the use of hand weights and exercise bands. There will be basic moves with proper form yield results. Hand weights are required 5lbs – 8 lbs. Bands will be supplied.

GENTLE YOGA FOR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
In this class you will learn yoga postures to strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, balance, and range of motion. You will learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and help you maintain deeper levels of relaxation throughout your day.
