BODY SCULPT
This class is led by instructor Kimberly Johnston for a half hour on Thursdays. This class will help you improve bone density and firm your entire body with the use of hand weights and exercise bands. There will be basic moves with proper form yield results. Please bring a mat or towel and hand weights are required (3lbs.-8lbs.). Bands will be supplied. No babysitting services are available and absolutely no children are allowed in the class.

Zumba is a fun and easy-to-follow dance based fitness class that anyone can do! Zumba combines Latin rhythms with international music themes and combines the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Tai Chi has been claimed the perfect exercise by Time Magazine. Tai Chi combines health and fitness with security which makes it a great stress reliever. Tai Chi is a sophisticated form of moving quigong, which involves a series of choreographed movements. It combines breathing of energy exercise. GENTLE YOGA FOR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
In this six week class instructor Patricia Conti will teach yoga postures to strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, balance, and range of motion. You will learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and help you maintain deeper levels of relaxation throughout your day. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring an exercise/yoga mat or large towel and a small pillow.
