The Recreation Department reserves the right to set a minimum and maximum for each program and to cancel any program due to low enrollment.

REGISTER EARLY Nothing kills a recreation program faster than residents who wait until last minute to register. There is a point when a program must be cancelled or modified if there is insufficient registration. All programs require a high level of coordination often including facility scheduling, staffing, volunteer recruitment and purchasing of supplies. PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!!

PROGRAM SCHEDULING The Park & Recreation Staff has made every effort to prepare this brochure as accurately as possible, however due to publication deadlines program listings/information may require that adjustments be made to programs, fees, schedules, etc. We apologize in advance should you find an error or for any inconvenience that this may cause. We are responsible for the children registered and the facilities being used. Persons not registered entering the facility or playground area will be asked to leave. Please understand the taxpayers own these facilities, and we are responsible. Also, we are protecting and caring for someone’s most precious commodity, their children. Please respect these rules and understand why we cannot have "outsiders" entering our playgrounds and facilities. Please check with your child’s camp director regarding the pick-up of your child by someone other than yourself. There are procedures in place at every camp and they will be enforced. There will be no exceptions.

ARCHERY FOR KIDS/ADOLESCENTS

Sagittarian Archery School is run by Bill Hall, a nationally certified level 2 instructor with 10 years of coaching experience and 20 years as a recreational competitive archer. Sagittarian Archery School's main goals are safety and fun. However, with extensive experience we can take a student as far as their desire and commitment. Because archery is an individual sport, it represents a unique opportunity not available in most conventional sports. Students can learn and enjoy at their own pace, without any pressure from "the team". To be successful in archery you do not have to be the fastest or strongest athlete. Archery teaches and requires patience, concentration and attention to detail. Archery is not limited in any way by age, gender, or most physical handicaps and can be enjoyed by your self as well as with others.
