b.   Application #767 of Frank Lukos for appeal of decision of Zoning Enforcement
      Officer concerning issuance of a Notice of Violation concerning operation of
      Oliver Rubbish Removal at 158 Falls Avenue, Oakville, CT in an   R-12.5 Residential Zoning District.

 

      If public hearing is closed on January 28, 2004 then a decision is required    by April 2, 2004.

 

c.   Application #768 of Joseph Polletta of 36 Zoar Avenue, Oakville request for           a variance of 20Ft to a front yard property line setback to permit the             construction of a new single-family dwelling at 13 Sylvan Lake Road,   Oakville in an R-12.5 Residential Zoning District.

 

                  If pubic hearing is closed on January 28, 2004 then a decision is required by April 2, 2004.
