c.   Application #768 of Joseph Polletta of 36 Zoar Avenue, Oakville request for           a variance of 20Ft to a front yard property line setback to permit the             construction of a new single-family dwelling at 13 Sylvan Lake Road,   Oakville in an R-12.5 Residential Zoning District.
