      If public hearing is closed on March 24, 2004 then a decision is required     by May 27, 2004.

a.   Application #769 of John Gagne of 1383 Litchfield Road, Watertown request
      for a variance of 20Ft to a side yard property line setback to permit
      construction of a detached garage at 1383 Litchfield Road, Watertown, CT in
      an R-70 Residential Zoning District.

      If public hearing is closed on March 24, 2004 then a decision is required by
      May 27, 2004.
