      If public hearing is closed on April 28, 2004 then a decision is required by   July 1, 2004.

b.   Application #771 of Michael Quattro for a variance of 5Ft to a side yard property line setback to permit the construction of a shed at 31 Fieldwood Drive, Watertown, CT in an R-30 Residential Zoning District.
