c.   Request for modification of Variance #744 issued to Zohra Rafey to access lot 16 located between Thomaston Road and Highmeadow Road, Watertown, CT in an R-90 Residential Zoning District.

b.   Application #773 of P and A Developers for two variances of Watertown Zoning Regulations concerning minimum lot frontage to permit the first cut division of Parcel A at 69 Stanley Avenue, Oakville, CT.

 

      If public hearing is closed on May 26, 2004 then a decision is required by July 29, 2004.

 

c.   Application #774 of Melony and Sean Brady for two variances of Watertown Zoning Regulations concerning non-conforming structures to permit the construction of a basement at 117 Cayuga Drive, Watertown, CT.

 

                 If public hearing is closed on May 26, 2004 then a decision is required by July 29, 2004.
