b.   Continuation of public hearing from April 28, 2004 – Application #771 of Michael Quattro for a variance of 5Ft to a side yard property line setback to permit an existing shed to remain on site at 31 Fieldwood Drive, Watertown, CT in an R-30 Residential Zoning District.
