a.   Application #775 of Zohra Rafey for modification of Variance #744 granted to Zohra Rafey to access lot 16 located between Thomaston Road and Highmeadow Road, Watertown, CT in an R-90 Residential Zoning District. 

 

      If public hearing is closed on July 28, 2004 then a decision is required by     August 31, 2004.

a.   Application #782 of Jason and Angela Maggi of 141 Frost Bridge Road, Watertown, CT for a variance of front yard property line setback to permit an existing deck to remain on site at 141 Frost Bridge Road, Watertown, CT.
