All public hearings and regular meetings are held at 7:30 PM in the Watertown High School Lecture Room, 324 French Street, Watertown, Ct unless otherwise noted.
PLEASE NOTE: TO BE PLACED ON THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MONTHLY MEETING AGENDA, ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN FULL BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING DATES. APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THESE DATES IN ORDER TO MEET THE TWO WEEK STATUTORY TIME FRAMES FOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS. ALL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS VARIANCES REQUIRE THE SUBMISSION OF AN ACCURATE UPDATED A-2 SURVEY SIGNED AND SEALED BY A LICENSED LAND SURVYEOR IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT. Note: Submission deadlines may differ based upon staff vacations and holidays.
DUE TO LIMITED STAFFING, THE APPLICANT MUST CALL THE PLANNING AND ZONING OFFICE AT 860-945-5266 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A STAFF PERSON TO FORMALLY SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE LISTED BELOW.
