1.      Convene Special Meeting

Mr. Archer, Chairman Called the Meeting to Order at 7:02 p.m.

2.      Roll Call

Ms. LaForme, Clerk, executed the Roll Call.

3.      Executive Session

        A.     Personnel

        MOTION:        (Mr. Hebert, sec. Mr. Kane) to enter into Executive Session at 7:02 p.m. to discuss personnel.

               Discussion:    None

               Mr. Charles OConnor entered the Executive Session at 7:35 p.m.

               Mr. Archer called a Recess at 9:35 p.m.

               Mr. Archer Reconvened the Executive Session at 9:45 p.m.

               Mr. OConnor left the Executive Session at 9:55 p.m.

4.      Consider Appointment of Town Manager

        None

5.      Adjournment

MOTION: (Mr. Hebert, sec. Mr. Kane) to adjourn the Special Meeting at 10:06 p.m.

Special Meeting Adjourned at 10:06 p.m.
