a. Consider Appointments to Boards and Commissions.

1. Town Council Appointment(s) on Negotiating Committee for the Watertown Education Association Negotiations.

The terms of various boards and commissions have expired or are expiring. Appointments must be made to fill these vacancies.

b. Consider Request for Bid Waiver for Map Imaging System for the Town Clerk's Office

Town Council Authorization is required for any purchase exceeding $4,000 that has not been independently bid by the Town's Purchasing Agent. The Town Clerk has requested that the waiver be approved due to limited availability for Map Imaging Systems.

c. Consider Resolution Appropriating Funds from the Water Extension Fund Balance to Reimburse the Developer of Milliken Subdivision per an Agreement for Water Main Extension.

The Water and Sewer Authority has executed an agreement with DB Development Services which requires that the Developer be paid for a water main extension for Milliken Subdivision.

d. Consider Tax Refunds.

The Town Council is being asked to approve the refunding of the overpayment of property taxes.

e. Consider an Appropriation for Tax Refunds

The Town Council is being asked to approve the funding for the above refunds.

f. Consider Approval of Transfers.

The Town Council is being asked to authorize the transfer of departmental funding between line items
