            a.         Presentation from Waterbury and St. Mary's Hospitals Regarding                                            
                        Improved Services to the Watertown Area.

            b.         Discussion and Possible Action on Compensation for Building Inspector                                   
                        for Additional Work for Historic District Commission.

            c.         Consider Approval of the Agreement Between the Town of Watertown                                     
                        and Local Union 42 of the IBEW, AFL-CIO.

            d.         Consider Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to enter and          
            execute on behalf of the Watertown Water and Sewer Authority a   
            Consent Order with the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health     
            to submit a revised Water Supply Plan.

            e.         Reconsider Resolution Setting Dates, Times and Place for 2003 Town Council Meetings.
