SEASON TICKET INFORMATION

PHOTO ID: All season ticket holders must fill out a Crestbrook Park Season Golf Ticket Application and have a photo ID taken.

This can be done at the Recreation Department, 51 Depot Street, Suite 108, Watertown, CT, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

We also have weekend hours which are the following for 2008:

Saturday, February 23, 2008 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Saturday, March 15, 2008 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Saturday, April 5, 2008 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Season ticket photo ID replacements are $ 8.00 and must be done at the Recreation office. A new photo ID will be issued at that time.

All season ticket holders must report to the Pro-shop, present their photo ID card and pay a surcharge before reporting to the starter. Failure to present your photo ID card will result in paying full green fees.

RESIDENTS: Residents can come in any time to Watertown Recreation during working or extended hours to purchase your season ticket. There will never be any restrictions as to the number of Resident Season Tickets sold. Proof of residency must be provided to attain resident rates for season tickets.

NON RESIDENTS: The number of Non-Resident Season Tickets sold will never be greater than the number of Resident Season Tickets sold per individual category. (Full/Senior/Junior).

REFUNDS: After June 1st of every year there will be no season ticket refunds for whatever the reason. Prior to June 1st, if a refund is requested, a written request must be submitted to the Watertown Parks and Recreation Commission for their approval. Included in the written request for a refund must be how much the refund is, and for what reason a refund is requested. Refunds issued for medical reasons must have a doctors note stating why the season ticket holder can no longer resume season play.

SEASON TICKET CATEGORIES*

FULL- May play the course at anytime and any day the course is open for play. It is open to both male and female age 18 and over.

JUNIOR - Age 10 thru 17. May play the course when open for play Monday through Friday as long as they have left the first or tenth tee by 3:00 p.m. Can also play the course on weekends and holidays after 1:00 p.m. when accompanied by an adult*. Birth certificate must be shown at the time of application. All golfers age 10 and under must be accompanied on the golf course by an adult at all times.

SENIOR - Open to both males and females who are age 62 or older. This ticket restricts play to Monday through Friday as well as weekends and holidays after 1:00 pm*.

COLLEGE STUDENT- Open to full-time college students (12 or more credits). College students may play the course at any time from May 15 to Labor Day. Proof of college status must be shown at time of application.

EXECUTIVE / CORPORATE PASS - Can be used any time the course is open for play, Monday - Friday, after 12:00 noon on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, or before noon with a tee time. This pass can be used once daily.
