Highland Avenue Reconstruction

The Town of Watertown, Department of Public Works is pleased to announce that NJR Construction located in Harwinton has been awarded the contract for the Highland Avenue Reconstruction Project. The project involves replacing the entire roadway drainage system and pavement.

Work will commence on Monday, August 14 and will continue for at least one month.

During reconstruction, Highland Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Scott and Middlebury Road, except for residents of the street
