On Monday evening, September 29th, Florence and Livy Crowell will be speaking at the annual meeting of the Land Trust about the upper Guernseytown area where Livy grew up and where Edith Skilton, Grace Foote, and Helen Van Arx wrote their interesting history in the 1940s. (and where the Land Trust now owns property)
Since this is a bit of town history people know little about, we hope that many people from the Historical Society will want to attend.
The meeting's at 7:30 downstairs at the Thomaston Savings Bank.
