All of our Study Circles on the Plan of Conservation and Development are now complete. All of the summary reports are being compiled into a draft master report which will then be distributed to all participants for review.  Participants will discuss the draft with the facilitators in an effort to make the recommendations as concise as possible without losing the "flavor" of any points that should be made.  The process of developing a final report may take a couple of rounds of discussion with all participants to be sure they are comfortable with the end product.

The final report will be presented at a public forum on June 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the High School.  All boards and commissions, civic groups, study circle participants and the public are invited to attend.  In addition to the report presentation, the consultant working on the update to the Plan of Conservation & Development will provide information on the process to be used to update the Plan as well as general information regarding planning and zoning statues and regulations.  We hope you will consider joining us for this very special evening.
