Watertown's Sixth Annual Halloween Parade sponsored by The Watertown Recreation Department.  "Ghosts and goblins will fill the air, witches will fly, do you dare?  If you're a goblin, be sure to be there, because Halloween is almost here."  Our annual Halloween parade will be forming a ghost line at 11:00 am, once again at Veteran's Memorial Park.  We'll march around the park, where we'll delight in doughnuts, cider, and festive music.  A real monster mash bash. Wear your favorite Halloween costume and strut your stuff!  There will be pumpkin painting and other Halloween activities to keep kids and parents busy! *Free of Charge
