4.         = Consider Resolution adopting the following ordinances:

A.        An ordinance appropriating $826,000 for exterior repainting of the Straits Turnpike Water Tank and the Scovill Elevated Water Tank, and related work; = and authorizing the issue of bonds or notes and temporary notes in the same amount to finan= ce the appropriation.

B.         An ordinance appropriating $1,350,000 for design and related services through = the construction document and bidding phases for the proposed conversion of Heminway Park School to a new town hall; and authorizing the issue of bonds= or notes and temporary notes in the same amount to finance the appropriation.<= /p>

C.        An ordinance appropriating $1,550,00 for partial replacement of and upgrades to the Town of Watertown Fire Department, Police Department, and Department of Public Works Communications Systems, and related work; and authorizing the issue of bonds or notes and temporary notes in the same amount to finance t= he appropriation.
