= Mr. Rinaldi: Chairman is not here; no repor= t.

&= nbsp; Mr. Nardelli: The job descrip= tions for the department heads are in the process of being updated. I'll review these with Elaine Adam= s once we have them all completed, and then we can bring the final product to the = Town Council. The shared services = with the Board of Education, the 3 areas currently being discussed are finance, technology, and the maintenance and facilities. There have been on-going meetings = with that and we should have a report shortly to the Council on those meetings.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> The State budget, I think you've s= een was recently passed. I'm still getting some of the final figures but based on what I've seen so far, of co= urse the car tax proposal by the Governor was not passed, Watertown is picking up $137,306 for the revenue sharing grant that the State proposed, and Town Ro= ad Aid, we're going to pick up an extra $12,000 there, so we picked up about $150,000 more from the State budget than what's in our current budget than = we have right now.

&= nbsp; Mr. Nardelli: Finance, techno= logy, and maintenance.
= Mr. Kane: Technology, how does that work?
&= nbsp; Mr. Nardelli: The data proces= sing people from the Town meeting with the School Board data processing people a= nd discussing different ways to purchase technology and share the technology t= hey have.
