The Watertown Town Counci= l will hold a public hearing on June 19, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. in the Watertown High School Technology Room, 32= 4 French Street, Watertown, CT to hear public comment on a propo= sal from Sprint to locate a telecommunications facility tower on the Dyer prope= rty located at 306 Black Rock = Road.  The proposed tower is 161.5 feet.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>  Application documents and maps are available for public inspection at the Town Manager’s Office, 424 Main Street, Watertown, CT 06795 during normal business hours.

I further certify that I = caused a copy of said Notice of Public Hearing to be published in the TOWN TIMES  on June 8 and June 15, 2006 which newspaper has a substantial circulation in said Town.

 

I further certify that on= June 8, 2006, I caused to be set upon the signpost or other exterior places nearest= the Office of the Town Clerk and all other places and signposts designated by t= he Town, a written copy of said Notice of Public Hearing signed by the Acting = Town Manager of the Town of Waterto= wn.
