= c.&n= bsp; Consider referral to the Board of Education request= ing the endorsement of alterations to the athletic field presently under construction at Swift Middle School to be partially funded through the $600,000 State of Connecticut= grant.

= d.&n= bsp; Consider an appropriation from the General Fund in = the amount of $5,790 for landfill container services operations during October, 2006.

= e.&n= bsp; Consider an appropriation from the General Fund in = the amount of $3,262 for disabled accessible voting during the November 7, 2006 Elections; funds to be reimbursed by the State of Connecticut.

= g.&n= bsp; Consider a resolution authorizing a bid waiver for = the purchase of #2 fuel oil as well as diesel and unleaded fuel in accordance w= ith the recommendation of the Fuel Oil Consortium for a contract award through = August 31, 2008.

= h.&n= bsp; Consider temporary wage adjustments for the Assistant Town Clerk and the Secretary II in the Town Clerk’s Office and hiring a temporary Secretary II for the Town Clerk’s Office for a period not to exceed three months effective November 20, 2006.
