b.&n= bsp; Presentation of a check from A.T. & T in the am= ount of $7,500 from a grant for th= e Falls Avenue Senior Center

c.&n= bsp; Consider an appropriation from the General Fund in = the amount of $7,500 as well as a bid waiver for services to be provided by A.T. & T. for the Falls Avenue Senior Center to support a web-based interactive application system. Funds to be reimbursed through an= A. T. & T Foundation grant.

d.&n= bsp; Consider the approval of Crestbrook Park Golf Course fees for 2007-2008.

e.&n= bsp; Discussion regarding a request from the Police Department for traffic enforcement revenue to be utilized toward future tra= ffic enforcement.

f.&n= bsp; Consider setting public hearing date, time and plac= e to hear public comment on the proposed Elderly and Veterans Tax Relief Ordinan= ces

g.&n= bsp; Consider authorizing a bid waiver for services to be provided by Browns River Records Preservation Services for the preservation= of land record maps as well as an appropriation in the amount of $7,000 from t= he Preservation of Historical documents Fund to be reimbursed from a State of Connecticut, State Library Historic Documents Preservation Grant.

h.&n= bsp; Consider a bid waiver for an amount not to exceed $10,000 for emergency cleaning and televising of storm drainage lines to op= en up the storm drain lines that were causing localized flooding and/or icing problems. Services to be prov= ided by New England Pipe Cleaning, Heitkamp, Inc.

i.&n= bsp; Discussion and possible action on setting Special T= own Meeting for an appropriation from the Swift Middle School Capital Project F= und in the amount of $600,000 fro= m proceeds of grant monies for the Swift athletic fields pursuant to the recommendatio= n from the Board of Education.

j.&n= bsp; Consider a 3.5 percent retroactive pay raise for non-organized custodial personnel.

k.&n= bsp; Consider authorizing the Town Manager to enter into= and execute on behalf of the Town of Watertown= an Emergency Water Supply Agreement between the Watertown Fire District and the Town of Watertown<= /st1:City>.

l.&n= bsp; Consider a resolution authorizing the transfer of f= unds between line items.
