a.      = Consider a modification to the bid waiv= er approved at the October 16, 2006, Town Council Meeting regarding video secu= rity system for the Fire Department to read “a video security system and F= ire Department phone upgrade to be purchased from Tricom Cable, LLC to an amount not to exceed $21,400”.  See attached request modification details from Larry Black, Chief, Watertown Fi= re Department.

b.&n= bsp;     Consider a resolution authorizing the Town Manager = to participate in the solicitation of electricity supply services with the Connecticut Consortium for Cooperative Purchasing for Electricity and enter= into a contractual agreement presented and recommended by the Connecticut Consor= tium for Cooperative Purchasing for Electricity supply services on behalf of the Town of Watertown.

c.&n= bsp;      Consider adoption of the following ordinances into = the Watertown Code of Ordinances:
