A.        Application #875 of Maryann Smith and K= evin McSherry of 447 Litchfield= Road, Watertown, CT for a variance from Article II, Section 22.4.1 of the Zoning Regulations fo= r a 12 Ft height variance on an accessory structure (barn) located at 447 Litchfield Road, Watertown CT.

MOTION:    &nbs= p; (Mr. DiSisto, Mr. Mitchell) to approve according to the building plan application #875 = of Maryann Smith and Kevin McSherry of 447 Litchfield Road, Watertown,= CT for a variance from Article II, S= ection 22.4.1 of the Zoning Regulations for a 12 Ft height variance on an accessory structure (barn) located at 447 Litchfield Road, Watertown CT.

Discussion: = ;      Mr. Rafey: If you approve this wi= th the 12 Ft. variance we’ll just give them a zoning permit for whatever hei= ght they need under 12 Ft. When they= bring the actual building plan, on the permit I will issue that height.

Mr. = Swingle: Motion to approve the applicati= on for the variance as described in the site plan.

Mr. Mitchell: Second.
