footage of all this and divided by the number of lots created, some of the

already high, it is already long, and it&#8217;s already graded pretty darn

effect of that disturbance on the wetlands buffer, I believe is minimal bec=
ause
it&#8217;s already mostly in and open way, in fact you can drive your vehic=
le
back and forth there today if you chose to drive over the grass area.<o:p><=
