that happens to be within the 50 foot wetlands buffer so that is an unavoid=
able
impact, but it really doesn&#8217;t affect the wetlands because that&#8217;s
already been disturbed as a hayfield.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;
</span>There was an impact associated with Lot #69 where we would have had a
house close to the buffer and Moosa pointed out that we probably should app=
ly
for a little activity within the buffer in order to be safe so we don&#8217=

exceed our permit, and we had actually modified, the list over here actually
listed that, however for other reasons we have chosen to combine Lot #68 and
#69 into a larger lot so that modification is done and we did submit the
modified plan to Moosa and it just simplifies things.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Phase III is closest to me, located at the top of the sheet, Phase I, Phase=

y just
putting a curtain drain above the control floor, or we could build our sept=
ic
system with fill in order to keep the bottom of the system well above the
water; we&#8217;re doing both.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;
</span>We&#8217;re doing the fill and we&#8217;re doing the curtain drain, =
and
when the curtain drain swings around the system, there has to be a separati=
on
between the curtain drain and the system, so consequently because we&#8217;=
re
doing this belt and suspenders type of design, superior design, we wind up
being close to the buffer at one point and I think it&#8217;s a water depen=
dent
use because we&#8217;re protecting the water by doing this superior design.=
<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>So that is the nature of our appli=
cation
here.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Taking advantage of the
existing roads, driveways off the road, and as you can see<span class=3DGra=

most of the activity with the houses, (inaudible) this house is now elimina=
ted
on <st1:place w:st=3D"on">Lot</st1:place> #69, is well away form the
wetlands.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>If the septic syste=
m is a
little bit closer, but once they are built and it&#8217;s a lawn, it&#8217;s
kind of like a buffer.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>I have=
 a
similar situation at my house and you can&#8217;t help but see the animals
scurry around if you&#8217;re out early in the morning.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Deer in the back yard doesn&#8217;=
t do
well with my wife&#8217;s garden but that&#8217;s another situation.<span

and I do think it is reasonable and prudent.<span
