= ; = ; Mr. Porter: Attached to Mr. Sullivan's report was a list of (inaudible) Fire Department has generated a= nd presented 2 weeks ago. It by = no means a punch list, just things they have noted when they've had their meetings, there was 96 or 98 items on it, but the work is in progress, the project isn't complete, so as they go along a lot of these items will be addressed and when Gar San says the project is complete, there will be the usual walk through and a punch list generated. It will be K.B.A., 2 or 3 member f= rom the Fire Department, so we have one list and correction to take care of tha= t, and I think that (inaudible).

&nb= sp; Mr. Kuegler: With punch lists= , a lot of times we run into problems like the lighting at the fire house, and there are new lamps supplied by the contractors, and then when we get ready= to do our final acceptance, and the warranty starts from that date, sometimes there is a conflict that sometimes the lights have been on for 6 or 4 months and that the manufacturer has short his warranty by that time, so we want t= o be careful about turning on new equipment (inaudible). For example the boiler warranty (inaudible).

= ; &n= bsp; = ; Mr. Vetro: We are indicating that the renovation/additional work is now 60%, it was at 57% last month and then the estimated pending changes, value approved changes, that's all budget increa= se to affect the construction funs available now down to $635,000, versus $665,000. Go to change orders= by trade contractor to see what has changed.

We actually talked about the chair lift awhile back, where it wasn't indicated previously. We're not recommending going that = way, we're talking to K.B.A. and probably will proceed on a T & M basis. The method they were planning on u= sing for demolition purposes needed some shoring and that's why their price is as high as it is. They don't nee= d to do it that way if we can put the masonry first, the masonry will actually p= ick up the slab that they're referring to.&nbs= p; We have an area where we have to cut out a 12 x 7 foot slab area to = put the chair lift in, the slab then has to be supported, whether you do it wit= h temporary shoring or whether you do it with masonry, which is actually what we were supposed to do later on, just install the masonry, so we're going to stick = the mason in there, he'll go up the underside of the deck and stop and fill up the vo= ids, then the general trades contractor can demo the slab itself, lose the mater= ial underneath the slab and save money in that fashion by organizing the work t= hat way. Gar San had no choice on= doing the shoring since that would have been the worst case.

The interior masonry = and interior framing is complete. The sheet rock taping is completed on the second and third floors. If you were to go into the cafeteri= a area we're working on the sockets right now, we framed them, but they're working= on the sheet rock end of things there. Painting about 95% on the second and third floor, we're missing, we = have 2 end rooms we used for loading zones, we haven't completed the painting, a= nd of course we have touch up painting that needs to happen here over the next couple of weeks. The electrical mechanical roughing= s are complete on the second and third, the ceiling tile on the third floor is complete, the floor installation has started on the second floor is complet= e as far as the rooms on the third floor and most of the second floor however we still have the corridors to go and they have just started on the corridors = on the third floor.

Hopefully by the end o= f this week they'll have finished up the third floor, we'll be working on the seco= nd, they've been working on the second as well but they'll be buttoning up the second by the end of next week. The own= er has taken over actually 11 rooms for cleaning purposes as far as washing/waxing= the floors up on that third floor, pretty much all of the rooms except for the science rooms if you were to walk up there.
= ; &n= bsp; = ; Area B - the auxiliary gym exterior veneer is complete again except for the wash down. The roughings are complete. The HVAC is about 9= 0%, the only thing outstanding is we can't complete the grills until after we've got a temporary heating system out of there, we've got a temporary heating system that actually runs right through the duct work going from the existi= ng into the next, and until that temporary is taken out, that will remain in place. Painting of the walls = and ceiling is actually complete as of this past week. Light fixture installation has sta= rted, he needs to do wire poles, that sort of thing, then he'll start to hang the light fixtures.
