Mr. Porter: At this time I'll pass out an addit= ional estimate that I received today from Perfection Fence and Grasshopper. I sent an email to Todd requesting= him to review the estimates and make a recommendation back to us. I'll pass out Todd's letter and recommendation (read aloud). = If there are questions, Todd is here. Because it is above the no bid threshold, it will be required to go = to bid, and this is the recommendation we're going with, and that will be incorporated to the Committee to put into a bid format and sent out. These are the issues we talked abo= ut, the gates in front, adding the gates near the permanent storage side of the= bleachers, replacing a section of fence that has deteriorated, and adding a fence on t= he ramp along the wall section. = Any comments or questions for Todd?

= ; Mr. Porter: In regards to Joh= n's questions, there are two letters dated July 27th that I passed out. The first one is to Todd from Mark Roming. On July 25th he met w= ith Jason Chester on the site and it goes on to say that the low areas within t= he field are going to be filled in with topsoil an d reseeded. The soils and lawn drains on the n= orth end of the track and correctional work done. The topsoil and seeding was done a= long the pavement edge. Extra pave= ment on the high jump area was removed. Stones raked out (inaudible) outside track area. (Inaudible) checked during a heavy rainfall and (inaudible). Most likely due to germinated (inaudible). Also on July 27th Todd LoFrese and Mark Roming (inaudible) soccer fi= eld (inaudible). With all the hea= vy water (inaudible). It would b= e in the best interests of the Town to (inaudible) professional landscaper to ge= t the situation corrected (inaudible). At the same time (inaudible).

Mr. LoFrese: Actually I received a phone call fr= om Mark Roming to indicate that letter would be coming. We followed out immediately (inaud= ible) watering. We also, Charlie Be= liveau and Harry Ward to go to the field and take a look at it and give us a recommendation (inaudible). We reduced the watering schedule significantly and we have spoken with our landscapers (inaudible) who was down at the field today making recommendati= ons (inaudible) and I expect to have (inaudible) fertilized by early next week = and weed control.
