&nb= sp; = M= r. Khericha: For the last 2 = weeks the contractors has picked up the speed on the new side addition, the maim floor, the masonry block backup is just about wrapped up. He had some issue with the concrete contractor, a legal issue, I think he's resolved= it and scheduled to pour the slab by Friday.&= nbsp; The roof on the existing building is just about done and is watertig= ht now, so the electrician is starting so now he's picking up speed. We reviewed his revised schedule l= ast Thursday at the meeting with everyone and the master plan which he (inaudib= le) to the phasing changes to complete the job in April, it appears he is on schedule. There are no major = issues on the project so it's going okay.

We did a couple diff= erent things the right the contractor. I will be getting a credit from the masonry, however I don't show it on this report, but the exterior wall framing at $5,936 we do not agree with the number, we recommend going on a time and material basis again, some of his costs tend to be a little high.

requested the pone system which we had taken a credit out should be reinst=

and we have been discussing this issue with Bantam for almost 2 months. Bantam gave us a proposal for about
$110,000 to reinstate it, and we didn't agree with the numbers, and we said=

would give him $40,000. Banta=
m said
there was no way he could do the work for $40,000 because when he bought the
whole package with all the components on it, the contractors gave the price=
of
$92,000 to do the work, literally before the contractors. He showed us the proposals. WE showed him the proposals we tur=
ned
around and counter offered, Bob, myself, Todd, the consultant, O & G,
almost about 3 weeks ago of $66,000 because we felt looking at the numbers =
that
(inaudible) Bantam turned around and said it's $110,000 and (inaudible).
= ; &n= bsp; = ; Mr. Porter: It looked like, instead of having = them do it for the whole $110,000, we come to some compromise, so (inaudible) sp= end the money on attorney's fees, and we agreed that that would be the best way to = do it. $66,400 is what we propos= ed.
