  2.   One has made = a firm bid and the other is preparing their offer.

 

  1. &= nbsp; The district assured me that they will be willing to sign off on the application, since there are no well or septic issues on the site.=

 

  1.   They need at least 30 acres.<= /li>

 

  1.   He is inter= ested in developing the property into several different buildings for all commercial use, unlike a previous developer who was interested in both Commercial and Residential development of the parcel.

 

  1.   He has agreed to appear and make a presentation.

 

  3.   They have identified a site a= nd are in the process of making an offer on the property. They would like the EDC’s help in the approval process as well as seeking any tax incentives from the DECD.  They may qualify for some tax investment credits from the state.

 

  1.   The new owner of the building, Richard Palomba was with me in order to meet Craven personally, since = he might be negotiating a price if the deed to the school is turned over prior to the shoot.  As a result of the publicity on the potential shoot, two local catering fir= ms have expressed an interest in catering food for the unionized producti= on staff, and potential extras.

 

  1.   Their schedule calls for tentative shooting dates of May 5&= 6.

 

  4.   The tentat= ive deadline for completion is April 1.

  1.   They are anxious to provide their establishment pending a decision on the date.
