     </span>The district assured me that they will be willing to sign off on
     the application, since there are no well or septic issues on the site.=

     in developing the property into several different buildings for all
     commercial use, unlike a previous developer who was interested in both
     Commercial and Residential development of the parcel.</li>

     with a VP of Binswanger Corporation, a national industrial Realtor, and
     one of his customers who would like to relocate his business from <st1=

:st=3D"on">Watertown</st1:place></st1:City>.<span
     style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>They have identified a site a=
nd are
     in the process of making an offer on the property. They would like the
     EDC&#8217;s help in the approval process as well as seeking any tax
     incentives from the DECD.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </spa=
n>They
     may qualify for some tax investment credits from the state.</li>
</ol>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></p>

     producer Wes Craven and his entire production team spent another two h=

      <st1:PlaceType w:st=3D"on">School</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>, scouti=
ng it
     for a location for shooting several scenes from their newest film. They
     have indicated that <st1:place w:st=3D"on">Baldwin</st1:place> is one =
of two
     finalists in their choice of location for the scheduled April Shooting
     session. The location manager indicates it is a good sign when Craven
     personally visits a location as many times as he has visited <st1:place
     w:st=3D"on"><st1:PlaceName w:st=3D"on">Baldwin</st1:PlaceName> <st1:Pl=
aceType
      w:st=3D"on">School</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>.<span
     style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>The new owner of the building,
     Richard Palomba was with me in order to meet Craven personally, since =
he
     might be negotiating a price if the deed to the school is turned over
     prior to the shoot. <span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;</span>As a
     result of the publicity on the potential shoot, two local catering fir=
ms
     have expressed an interest in catering food for the unionized producti=
on
     staff, and potential extras.</li>
</ol>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></p>

     to shoot several outdoor scenes for a second, completely separate movie

     </span>Their schedule calls for tentative shooting dates of May 5&amp;=
6.</li>

     to encourage their participation in the Market. Communicated with the
     State Department of Agriculture to make sure <st1:place w:st=3D"on"><s=

      w:st=3D"on">Watertown</st1:City></st1:place>&#8217;s Farmers Market is
     included in their 2008 brochure of all Farmers Market locations in the
     state. Have scheduled meetings with the Watertown Library Director to
     finalize the library&#8217;s approval of the use of their parking lot.=
