ertise
     again for available properties, but have currently identified some
     potential sites.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>They be=
lieve
     that advertising again will give property owners in town an additional
     chance to respond to the request for properties.</li>

     State Siting Council has given its final approval to the Tamarack Ener=
gy
     project with some conditions that Tamarack work out with the state
     DEP.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>The Watertown Police
     Commission is not completely satisfied with the suggestion of a blinki=
ng
     sign when trucks are leaving the property, so Tamarack is now trying to
     get permission from the state DEP and a local property owner to remove
     parts of their property on Echo Lake Road in order to improve the site
     lines for their entrance and exit.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nb=
sp;
     </span></li>

     economy in general has put great pressure on several large industrial

     re-structure their debt and try to survive the current credit crunch.<=

een
     greatly reduced or eliminated thus putting a cash-flow strain on these
     companies.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>The EDC has b=
een
     working with them to help as much as possible.</li>

     and the resolution of a dispute with a neighboring land owner is holdi=
ng
     up final approvals.</li>
