     </span>Following discussions with Steve Sasala President of the Waterb=

     Regional Chamber it was decided that this position should merge nicely
     with the goals of the EDC and the further development of the
     Watertown/Oakville business community and the community in general.</l=

     with Dr. Phil Pelosi, Watertown Interim Superintendent of Schools, to
     discuss how the EDC and the Chamber of Commerce can continue to help t=

     school district keep up on business matters in town.<span
     style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>I also agreed to continue pro=
viding
     speakers for their School to Career Program for at least 2008. <span
     style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;</span>We also talked about consideri=
ng
     starting a Junior Achievement Program at the high school.<span
     style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></li>

     </span>Met with Zenographics and Joe McGrail to work out details of ti=
melines
     and expectations of the EDC, signed a contract and delivered a check f=
or
     the first half of the project, per the agreed upon contract.</li>

     various building leasing opportunities with Giglio and Krasney

     </span>He also has a client who needs 30,000 sf of warehouse space with
     high ceilings.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>I&#8217;m
     currently researching such availability in town.</li>

he
     status of the <st1:City w:st=3D"on">Watertown</st1:City> plant, and wa=
s told
     that &#8220;all is well&#8221; with the <st1:City w:st=3D"on"><st1:pla=

      w:st=3D"on">Watertown</st1:place></st1:City> operation, which he
     interpreted to mean no immediate changes in staffing.</li>
