nbsp; Dave LeBlanc,
&= nbsp; Mr. LeBlanc talked about the illegal stop signs at the schools. A lengthy discussion ensued.
&= nbsp; Deputy Chief Gavallas stated he would have Lt. Razza look into this matter on Mond= ay. There are some legalities involved= , but the Police Commission has the final say on signage, within the law.

sp; Minutes
&= nbsp; A. Regular Meeting dated December 7, 2004
= M= r. Pawlak stated they didn't act on the December Meeting Minutes because they = got them so late. On the February= 9, 2005 minutes, Item 5, he complained that the minutes were being sent out too late, and the reason they went from verbatim to abbreviated minutes was to improve the speed with which they came out. He received these minutes last wee= k, almost a month after the meeting, and they are only 2-1/2 pages. He also complained that there were= no reports regarding the infractions for the previous months and asked again t= hat they be included as part of the meeting packet. He received a copy of the January infractions, which were distributed at the February meeting, but none came = in the March package.
= D= eputy Chief Gavallas replied he thought Mr. Pawlak did bring that up at the last meeting. It's his fault they weren't included. They will s= end the Minutes out as soon as they get them, they have no control over the Min= utes, the Annex sends them to him. They usually get them late, but this time they were a little bit earlier.
= M= r. Durso stated they would mail out the minutes within 7 days of the meeting w= ith copies of the infractions.
= D= eputy Chief Gavallas replied they can't get the infractions for the month until t= he month is over.

&= nbsp; Chief Carroll stated the budget review was coming up before the Finance Subcommit= tee, at 7:15 p.m. on March 15, 2005. A discussion took place regarding budget issues.

&= nbsp; A. Safety Sub-Committee
= ; &n= bsp; Mr. Stewart discussed the possibility of forming a safety subcommittee to investigate some other avenues for speed control, public awareness. A lengthy discussion ensued.
&= nbsp; B. = Police Motorcycle Acquisition
= ; &n= bsp; Mr. Durso stated he would try to raise the money for the motorcycle through the business sector.
