MOTION:       (Ms. Kropp, sec. Mr. Stewart) to approve a traffic study proposed and results of= analysis for the Claxton Avenue and Chestnut Avenue ingress and egress for Peck Subdivision.

MOTION:       (Mr. Stewart, sec. Ms. Kropp) to submit opinion of the Police Commission that Mallory Road connection be eliminated leaving Mallory Road as a cul de sac = and that the proposed Lakeview Road be 28 feet wide to accommodate emergency vehicles but narrower than what's required as a claming traffic measure.

In Favor:          Mr. Durso, Ms. Kropp, Ms. Pilicy, Mr. Stewart

 

Opposed:         None

 

Abstained:        Mr. Pawlak

6.         = Heritage Development

 

MOTION:       (Mr. Stewart, sec. Ms. Kropp= ) to submit opinion of the Police Commission that the Heritage Development Group proposal to gift a Speed Board and additional signage is a good idea  that the Police Commission recomme= nds that the Town Council accept this gift subject to specific location of speed board and additional signage to be determined by the Police Department.  (This Motion is in accordance with= the presentation by Heritage Development Group and the Speed Board Specifications deliver to= the Police Commission.)
