&= nbsp; Mr. LeBlanc spoke about the By-Laws for the Police Commission and whether the C= ommission approved sending that issue to the Town Manager for the Town Attorney's opinion. He also discussed the charges for public documents. Another issue he talked about was why verbatim minutes were not being transcribed, even though this Commission voted on December 14, 2005 for verbatim minutes and why minutes were not available within 7 days.

&= nbsp; Mr. DelSasso stated he is having a problem with his neighbors and feels he is b= eing harassed. He felt the police officers are not being objective all the time.

&n= bsp; Mr. Robert Houlihan gave a presentation regarding the Heritage Development's in= ternal road system.

C. Fee Schedule for Police Reports
= D= eputy Chief Gavallas stated he was taking his lead from the Department of Public Safety. They charge an $8.00 = search fee for these books, and he was proposing $10.00.
= M= r. LeBlanc felt charging $10.00 for one piece of paper wasn't fair to the gene= ral public and suggested they should check with F.O.I. to see if this was legal= .
= D= eputy Chief Gavallas stated he would do a little more research regarding the amou= nt of the fee and how it relates to F.O.I. and report back at the next meeting= .
