a.         Application #474 of JoAnn Murray and Nicholas Perugini for construction of two single-family dwellings, Hollow Road, Watertown, CT in an R-70 Residential Zoning District. 

 

                        A decision is required by August 28, 2003.

 

            b.         Application #476 Guernseytown Farms, LLC for 34-lot residential                                            subdivision located on the west side of Litchfield Road and south side                                 of Bayview Circle, Watertown, CT in an R-70 Residential Zoning District.

 

                        A decision is required by September 4, 2003 unless applicant grants a time                    extension.
