a.         Application #474 of JoAnn Murray and Nicholas Perugini for construction of two single-family dwellings, Hollow Road, Watertown, CT in an R-70 Residential Zoning District. 

 

                        A decision is required by July 24, 2003 unless applicant grants a time                            extension.

 

            b.         Application #476 Guernseytown Farms, LLC for 34-lot residential                                            subdivision located on the west side of Litchfield Road and south side                                 of Bayview Circle, Watertown, CT in an R-70 Residential Zoning District.

 

                        If public hearing is closed on July 10, 2003 then a decision is required by                                   August 14, 2003.

 

            c.         Application #479 of Shawn Maia for construction of a deck inside the                           50Ft wetland buffer area at 27 Pond View Drive, Watertown, CT in an R-                           30 Residential Zoning District.

 

                        If a public hearing is not held then a decision is required by August 15,                           2003.

            a.         Preliminary discussion on a conceptual plan for a residential subdivision,                                     Woodbury Road ( Route 6 ) Watertown, CT in an R-70 Residential                                   Zoning District.

 

            b.         Request from Bernice Cronk for a time extension to comply with an order                                 issued by the commission to remove deposited material from a                                          watercourse buffer area at 36 Camp Street, Oakville.
