THE POSITION:  Works under general direction of the Director of Parks and Recreation and direct supervision of Working Foreman. Duties include pick and shovel work, hand grading, snow and ice control, other groundskeeping jobs.

REQUIREMENTS:  Must have average manual dexterity and agility, good physical condition, ability to work with others and the public, ability to follow written and oral instructions, familiarity with hand tools desirable.   Must be physically able to do manual labor.  Must be 18 years of age or older.  Must have a current CT Driver’s License. Must pass a background check and drug screenings.
