WATERTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
The tournament is specifically raising money for the “Stepping Forward” Survivorship Program, designed to address the needs of cancer survivors and provide them with an effective post-treatment plan for care, disease prevention, and support. Cancer affects everyone inside the department and in our community. Our past tournaments have raised over $100,000.00 for the program. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease, and what better time of the year to show our support.
The Watertown Police Department Charity is a nonprofit organization that is committed to the wellbeing of our community. All donations will go directly to the Survivorship Program and are tax-deductible. Golfing slots and sponsorship opportunities are filling up. Anyone with any questions, or to register is asked to contact Officer Austin Keeney at 860-945-5200 or send emails to akeeney@watertownctpd.org. Non golfers can purchase tickets to attend the dinner. “Click Here” for a printable WPD Charity Golf Tournament Boucher.
